The app

1% Stronger Everyday helps you plan workouts, log your lifts, and see how small improvements compound into strength and progress. It is a personal training tool. It is not medical, fitness, legal, or financial advice.

Your account

You can create an account with email, Sign in with Apple, or Google. You must be at least 17. Keep your sign in details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Subscription

The full app is unlocked with an auto renewing subscription. This is the same subscription that unlocks the 1% Better Everyday habit tracker. One purchase covers both apps:

• Yearly: $59.99 for one year.
• Monthly: $12.99 for one month.

Prices are in US dollars and may be converted by the App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel in your store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

Restore purchases from the paywall if you reinstall or change devices. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules.

What you get

An active subscription unlocks onboarding, plans, workouts, logging, progress charts, the muscle map, reminders, and sharing. Features may change as we improve the app.

Your content

You keep the workouts and notes you enter. You give us permission to store and sync them so the app can work. Do not enter data you do not have the right to use.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, attempt to break it, or use it for anything unlawful.

Delete account

You can close your account at any time. See Delete account. Closing the account does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel that in the App Store or Google Play.

Disclaimer

The app is provided as is. We do not promise that it will be error free or always available. Charts and projections are estimates from the numbers you enter.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make from numbers in the app, including training decisions. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim.

Privacy

How we handle information is in the Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. The new version applies when we post it here. If you keep using the app after that, you accept the update.
