Delete account
You can ask us to delete your 1% Stronger Everyday account and the training data stored with it. This page is the request path Apple and Google require.
How to request it
In the app, open Profile → Delete account to remove your account and data immediately. You can also email us if you prefer.
- Email support@1pstrongereveryday.app from the email on your account.
- Use the subject "Delete my 1% Stronger account".
- We confirm, then delete your account, plans, workouts, and logs.
We complete deletion within 30 days of a verified request.
What is deleted
- Your user record, email, and sign in identifiers.
- Onboarding answers, plans, exercises, and logged sets.
- Personal records, share settings, and milestone marks on our servers.
What is not deleted here
Store purchases live with Apple or Google. Deleting the account does not cancel billing, and the subscription is shared with 1% Better Everyday. Cancel in Settings → Subscriptions on iPhone, or Google Play → Subscriptions on Android, before or after you write to us.
If you only want to sign out on a device, use Log out in the app profile. That leaves your account in place.
