Who this is for

The app is for people who want to train and track their own progress. It is not directed at children. Do not use the app if you are under 17.

What we collect

We collect only what we need to run the product:

Account: email, display name, and a Sign in with Apple or Google identifier if you use those.
Training data: your workout plans, exercises, sets, reps, weights, cardio, notes, personal records, schedule, and onboarding answers you enter.
Plan import: when you choose to import a plan by photo, you grant camera or photo-library access so the app can read a screenshot or picture of your program. We use those images only to build your plan; we do not browse your library.
App state: subscription status, share settings, and milestone marks.
Sign in tokens we store on your device so you stay signed in.
Optional reminder token: if you turn on reminders and allow notifications while signed in, we store an Expo push token so we can send those reminders.
Crash reports: when the app fails, Sentry receives the stack trace, app version, device and OS, and your user id if you are signed in. We use this to fix bugs. We do not use it for ads.
Paywall events: Superwall receives paywall views, taps, and purchase outcomes so we can show the paywall and confirm your subscription. Superwall does not take your card number.

If you choose Save to Photos on a share card, the app may write that image to your photo library. We do not read Apple Health, Google Fit, or your contacts.

What we do not collect

Payment card numbers. Apple, Google, and Superwall handle purchases.
Advertising identifiers for ads. We do not run ads.
Location, microphone, or contacts. Camera and photos are used only when you import a plan by picture.

How we use it

Create and keep your account.
Sync your plan and progress across devices.
Unlock the app when you have an active subscription.
Send optional reminders you choose in the app.
Diagnose crashes and keep the app stable.
Show and improve the paywall.
Reply if you write to support.

The shared Life Index

1% Stronger Everyday works together with the 1% Better Everyday habit tracker under one account and one subscription. If you use both, your training and your habits contribute to a single shared progress number, your Life Index, which is synced across the two apps.

Who we share with

We share information only with the services that run the app:

Cloudflare, to host the API and this site.
Apple and Google, for sign in and store purchases.
Superwall, to show the paywall and check entitlements.
Sentry, to receive crash reports.

We do not sell your information.

Sharing from the app

If you share a workout or a personal record, you choose what is included. Sharing uses the system share sheet on your device. We do not post for you.

How long we keep it

We keep account and training data while your account exists. Crash reports in Sentry are kept only as long as we need them to fix the issue. You can ask us to delete your account data. See Delete account. After deletion we remove your records from our systems within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep a copy. Store purchases stay with Apple or Google.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or a deletion. Write to support@1pstrongereveryday.app from the email on your account.

Security

Access tokens live in the device secure store. The API uses signed tokens. Email sign in uses a one time code, not a password. No method is perfect.

1% Stronger Everyday is a personal training log. It does not diagnose, treat, or provide medical or fitness advice. Talk to a qualified professional before starting or changing a training program.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date above and post the new version at this URL.
