Include the email on your account and whether you use iPhone or Android. We aim to reply within two business days.
Restore a purchase
Open the paywall and tap Restore purchases. Apple or Google will check for an active subscription on that store account. The same subscription unlocks both 1% Stronger Everyday and 1% Better Everyday.
Cancel a subscription
Cancel in the store that billed you. Deleting the app does not cancel billing.
- iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → 1% Stronger Everyday.
- Android: Google Play → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → 1% Stronger Everyday.
Sign in help
Use the same method you used to create the account: Apple, Google, or email. If you cannot get in, email us from that address.
Delete your account
See Delete account. This removes your training data from our servers. It does not cancel a store subscription.
