Built for everyone who trains

1% Stronger Everyday is designed so you can plan workouts, log lifts, review progress, and manage your account using the accessibility features built into your iPhone or Android device.

Supported features

These features work across common tasks in the app: onboarding, logging, dashboards, plans, the muscle map, reminders, settings, and subscriptions.

VoiceOver: buttons, forms, charts, and sheets include spoken labels and roles. Validation errors are announced when they appear.
Voice Control: labeled controls and text fields support voice navigation on iPhone.
Sufficient Contrast: primary and secondary text colors are tuned for readability on our dark interface.
Reduced Motion: when Reduce Motion is on, personal-record celebrations and confetti are simplified or skipped.
Differentiate Without Color Alone: selected options and muscle-balance states use checkmarks, borders, and labels in addition to color.

System settings

Turn on VoiceOver, Larger Text, Bold Text, Increase Contrast, or Reduce Motion in your device settings. The app respects system preferences where supported. In the app, open Profile → Settings → Accessibility and tap Open device settings to jump to your phone's settings app.

You should be able to complete these tasks with VoiceOver or Voice Control:

Create an account or continue on this device
Import or build a workout plan
Log today's sets and review your Life Index
Check your muscle balance and personal records
Manage reminders and notification preferences
Subscribe, restore purchases, and sign out
Export data, contact support, or delete your account

Known limitations

Larger Text (200%+): layout is not yet fully optimized for the largest Dynamic Type sizes.
Dark interface: the app currently uses a fixed dark color scheme. A light theme is not available in the app yet.
Captions and audio descriptions: the app does not include video or audio playback that would require captions.

App Store Accessibility Nutrition Labels

On the App Store product page, we indicate support for VoiceOver, Voice Control, Sufficient Contrast, Reduced Motion, and Differentiate Without Color Alone on iPhone. Labels reflect support for common tasks as defined by Apple.
